Stock Assessment of Chub Mackerel (Scomber japonicus) in the Northwest Pacific Ocean Based on Catch and Resilience Data

This study aimed to evaluate the stock status of chub mackerel (Scomber japonicus) in Northwest Pacific Ocean. Chub is a commercially important fish species South Korea. The fishing grounds are Ocean, off Korea and neighboring countries China Japan. Previous assessments have mostly been based on catch data from single country. However, this we used total Ocean assess status, owing their migrations occurrence waters several different countries.
